Now, we all loved The Facts of Life... Indeed, I'm going to Faxcon 2007 in Bridgeport, CT next year (I'll be going as Mrs. Garett so you'll have to be someone else if you're coming with me)... So, you can imagine how happy I am to share this anecdote:
You see, roller-skating, metal-faced, cutie-pie F.O.Lifer Tootie (not Kim Fields) was, well, I like to say, the 4th Jenkinaut... R & D, who are less pro-FOL, would more likely say that her omnipresence was evidence of some Pynchon/Gaiman/Dodge-esque secret benevolent/criminal sub-culture that used her as their secret symbol... you decide...
Tootie spottings on the trip: 1. FOL on at 3am in Brown Town 2. The "2T" Ranch 3. Telephone Operator: "Ameritech. Tootie speaking"
