I think he was more referring to how most WoD games are run, or at least the perception of how they are run (or the perception of the perception of?), where being dead/furry (only faeries play Changeling. Get it - HA! I kill me!) is s00perkewl, and the whole pathos of stuggling to be human is either ignored or so horribly overplayed it is comical. In which case Dead Inside could be called "WoD without Katannas."

I suspect your games are the exception to this trend/perception.
