George Washington Puked Here
Sep. 10th, 2007 12:29 pmFor Tom and other Found History types: this art project, called Grand Gestures, involves placing bronze historical plaques along Toronto’s Queen Street West to commemorate ephemeral and inconsequential moments–random bits of conversation, drunken hollering–which happened on Queen St. and happened to be captured on YouTube. (The online version of the Globe’s story unfortunately contains no pictures of the official-looking plaques, but they are swell.)
